Chef Kara also known as Ms. K to many, has taken her creativity in food & beverage and passion for people & concierge to

bring the DFW a slurp of Nola and zest of Caribbean flava!

With a genuine consistency in customer engagement, she leads by great example for not only staff but each guest that visits.

Reminding us all that humility and kindness is still very much alive.

Having over 17 years of service experience, with 11 years of food & beverage nestled in the mix. Chef Kara extended her knowledge in the science of food and graduated with her Culinary Arts degree. All while turning a cell phone shop into a spunky, quaint restaurant kickin up major flava! Not stopping there, she also snagged a few Hospitality Certifications along the journey.

All in all, Ms. K has taken an oldie but goodie concept and put plenty of funk, flava & soul back into the pot.
